This spreadsheet was created to help users fill out the MACSIS Account Request Form. A MACSIS Account Request Form, must be filled out for each user for each DIAMOND environment. The DIAMOND environments, TEST and PROD, are further subdivided into security groups. This spreadsheet is a guide for PROD (production). The security groups groups, listed across the top, match the security groups found on the MACSIS Account Request Form. The numbers in each cell represent access level, with 0=no access, 1=read only, 2=read/write, and 3=read/write/delete. The potential users job title is listed down the leftt side.

TEST Environment:Read-Write-Delete access is granted for the account groups you THINK you will need.

PROD Environment: Read-Write access is granted for the account groups you KNOW the user will need.
