1. Highlighted Tasks
   
   
   • BLUE TASKS – Require MACSIS users to be out of the on-line claims functions in Diamond.
   
   
   • GREEN TASKS – Require MACSIS users to be off the on-line system altogether (Diamond).
   
   
   • RED TASKS – Exceptions to the regular production schedule.
   
   

2. Schedule Corrections or Changes
